Mark Twain said, “Don’t say the old lady screamed. Bring her on and let her scream.” Writing a good book does more than captivate an audience. It makes a point, it has a purpose, it changes minds. The best fiction novels will have a larger theme, real life lessons embedded even within their fantasy and adventure. It’s easier to make a difference writing fiction. You can plant seeds and make larger change happen by writing about characters people love and hate. Every good author has a goal in mind, something they want to say with their writing.
